Shoeclack’s schedule at Wayhome: Day 2 – Saturday

By July 21, 2016 No Comments

3 days, camping, friends and beer. Sound like a lot of fun! But Wayhome’s also a music festival right? Between your game of beer pong and flip cup, here is a handy schedule that we think is the best one. Here our schedule for Saturday day No.2.

Of course, every choice made there is based on our preference and what we think will be the best shows of the weekend. You may not find your favourite band in our schedule. Don’t worry you can go to see them. Our schedule is only there to help you is there is some spot that you don’t know what to go see. Maybe you’ll discover some new music with this?

Saturday is probably the biggest day and there is some hard choices to make. Here is a rundown.

RED = You can’t miss
GREEN = Good to see but if you miss you won’t regret it
BLUE = Yeah, why not if there is nothing else to do

Saturday 23rd – Day 2

2:45 to 3:45 – Phosphorescent

Phosphorescent is the working moniker of American singer-songwriter, Matthew Houck. He has not released an album since Muchacho in 2013 but what an album it was! If I were you, I won’t miss that.

6:15 to 7:15 – Kurt Vile

Kurt Samuel Vile is an American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and record producer from Philadelphia. His sound his related to all those other bands from wind cities such as The War On Drugs, for example.

The Conflict
7:15 to 8:15 – M83 VS 7:45 to 9:00 The Last Shadow Puppets

Yeah that’s a hard choice. We’ll probably try to catch the first 2-3 songs of M83 then do to TLSP. Since we prefer Arctic Monkeys’ Alex Turner from M83’s Anthony Gonzalez. Also because we love the last album of TLSP and that the last M83’s album is OK.

9:30 to 11:15 – Arcade Fire

The only reason why I go to Wayhome this year. They will maybe play some new stuff ?

12:30 to 1:45 – Major Lazor

Have you ever seen them live? Then you’re lucky it’s your chance. They are incredibly insane. Don’t think it’s gonna be crazy because of their new single Lean On. Major Lazor are way more than that.
